Yeah trying to ask questions a few months ago about SAS stuff and other things in general got a little annoying.

Ok that's I was debating to run 35 or 33s with 3in BL and shackles TT and I was at an offroad shop and the only years for the body lift were 01-02 do you think it will fit and 03

Yup it'll fit 01-05

Well I got a few pics over President's Day Weekend and I was definitely impressed with how it's coming together.

you dont NEED a trac bar with leafs. plus it looks pretty funny lookin haha.
that thing looks badass so far. and pretty tall. you over 6 foot?

The track bar is from the Grand Waggy I pulled it out of. I really havent decided if I want to get rid of it. It could help with on-road stability...

I'm 6'1 or 6'2 so yeah the truck is taller than I really hoped it would be. 7'4" or so to the top of my rack.

Looks good man. More pictures please when you get to see it again. I'm picking up my '89 Grand Waggy Dana 44 with 7 leaf packs tomorrow and start stockpiling parts for the swap by the end of summer early fall. Been wanting to do this for the past six years but drove over the road and had other show vehicles taking all my money, they're all sold now finally time for the Trac to get some long overdue attention.

Track bars are really good for coil sprung rigs but not necessary on leafspring rigs. Did you get wheels and a matching spare for the back with adapters yet?

Still waiting on the adapters. I've had the 5 wheels for a while. I got them to fit my current tires (17x9) and eventually I'll move up to 37s or 38s.

Because so much of my tires are exposed. I hated pulling up to an obstacle but the ****ty approach angle stopped me from getting on them.

I may lower it later. I want to see how I like this height. Plus I still want to see how much wheel travel I'll have. Also to the top of the cab it's maybe 7' but those Yakima towers that the cross rails mount on are not low profile at all.

That's awesome man. Lookin forward to that project coming together. And nada on the driveshaft stuff yet. Still waiting on that too.
