I bought this explorer about two years ago. It had sat for about a year. After tune up to include plugs, wires, fluids drained and refilled it ran pretty decent. As time went, my idle started getting rough, then I started experiencing stalling. I replaced fuel filter, cleaned throttle body. Helped some then same issues but worse. Identified fuel inertia switch was bad so I deleted sensor. (Wired together). Ran ok for a while then issues started. Motor would die under acceleration. If I noticed it was trying to sputter out and let off gas it would sometimes bring idle back. If I stayed in the gas or drove power breaking then I had no issues. I replaced throttle body, checked relays and fuses, replaced MAF, and replaced fuel injection rail pressure sensor. Check engine codes indicated fuel rail pressure sensor fault. Also one fault for high input one for low input. Closed her up, reset codes, reset inertia switch... Crank no start. I hear the throttle body making noise as it adjusts at every key turn to start. Cranks, seems to fire but then nothing. Just a burp. Any ideas?
