Now when I was taking off the old one I could see right where the tube bolts to was rotten and there was coolin leaking out of these 2 rotten lines. I need to fix these lines but don't know what they are called i have a pic but don't know how to add it

They're called transmission lines, or transmission hard lines. Good look finding any. You may end up needing to bend your own, or have a transmission shop bend you a replacement set.

The dipstick for transmission on my 01 ST bolts to a bracket that also has two steel tubes welded to it, they are for the heater.
That is probably where your collant leak is comming from if rusted through.
You best take bracket off and see if it can be repaired by welding or get a better one from breakers yard. If not then fabricate a replacement.

Ooops., I answered too quickly and didn't see you said you were leaking coolant. Yes, those tubes would be heater related.

thank guys for the info .
both lines are rusted bad and the top one leaks i don't think wielding them will work.
any more ideas on what i can do to fix them. i'm not to good with working with cars just starting to learn. is there a reason the tubes are half rubber and half steel.

Assuming your bracket is same as my 2001 ST, you can replace with one length for each of the heater hoses, ie one length from heater core to thermostat housing and one length of hose from heater core to heater valve
Doing this will cancel the small lines to inlet manifold that heat the PCV valve which is no big deal.
You will have to make a fixture for the transmission dipstick tube if you remove the bracket holding the rusted out heater tubes.
