Is there a way to disable the entire monitoring system? The light just came on tonight as I hit my driveway a little fast on the ice. Tire pressure is right where it should be on all tires. I would much rather kill the monitoring system altogether as I check pressure regularly myself. I don't want that stupid light shining all the time.

I believe the system is gov't mandated after 2006 or so. So being able to disable it (easily) would be illegal.

That being said, if you find out a way, let me know.
