I am needing to replace the blend door actuator on the passenger side of my Sport Trac Limited. I am pretty sure that's what is wrong. The passenger side will randomly change between heat and the AC, regardless if I am using the dual climate, or just the single climate mode. There has been a few times that I have heard what I think is the actuator door moving with the vehicle not even being on. I would hear it some before I even put the key into the ignition.
I have saw videos of where it should be with a single climate vehicle, but the dual climate would have 2 and if I have to take apart the dash, I want to make sure I do it correctly before I have to spend a bundle to get a dealer to do it for me.
