07 Sport Trac v8 oil dipstick tube?

So I picked up a 07 v8 sport trac recently... this poor girl isn't too rough, but certainly needs some love. Removing the driver's side exhaust manifold to address broken studs revealed a hole in the oil dipstick tube, right about where the exhaust manifold comes nearest to it.

Does anyone have a part number for the dipstick tube? Will a 'stang tube work?
My google-fu isn't turning up a vehicle specific part for this, sadly...

Ford's OEM part number is 6L2Z-6754-BA (discontinued)

I'm eyeballing a Dorman 917-063 (for 03-11 crown vic and the like)

If anyone chimes in before I spend money on a crap shoot, that'd be awesome lol

I went with a 09-10 explorer/mountaineer/F150 stick and tube. Worked perfect!
Getting the old tube out with the "paracord trick" wasn't too bad, if anyone asks I'll post about it.
