buy a 2 in. body lift and cut the blocks down to a inch..

sorry, I should have specified, I mean suspension, not body lift.

1in poly spacer and custom shackles

do a torsion twist up front and shackles in the rear

never mind 94's dont have a torsion bar
my bad!!!

get new stock coil springs, which will level you out stock. Doing a 1" body lift or bushing lift for that matter is only going to be a ton of work, for something that can be acheived by simply leveling out the truck to its stock hight. After 100k+ your stock springs have sagged by two inches or more. If you want a one inch lift on top of what you already have, why not just the truck back to its stock dimentions?

oh lordy. He has a 94, first gens dont have torsion bars. only the 95-01's do.

shackels....... they give 1.5 inches...and err....spacers on the front(maby some factory oem ones to level it out).

Wtf??

don't shackles flatten out the leafs over time?

this truck only has 84,000 miles, maybe its not as sagged as some.

I'm throwing on 31x10.50s on 15 x 8 wheels this weekend, I will see what it really needs then.

this forum is all whacked out

why do you want an inch? by the way... lol..go with a procomp add a leaf inthe rear, or get some dimensions (ther on this forum) for a shackle to be cut, and adjust them to give you only 1 in..insteada what they'r made to do..and you could either cut an inch off the front fenders, of you could get a coil spacer for the front, and you could go ahead and trim that dont to be only an inch lift i bet..but i dont see why you wouldnt go with a 2in coil lift up front and a procomp add a leaf in the back ..they both will sag enough over a lil time that it may end up bein about an inch lift all around, with mnimal money spent and it probably would even out to be level too with the slightly smaller lift int he rear (whihc is already a little bit taller then the front)

wow nobody mentioned the F-150 spring seats which are factory metal spacers designed to be used on your truck.
they will give you 1-5/8" of lift up front for about $60, + alignment.

Then run shackles in the back, I vote for skipping the add a leaf, they ride really harsh.

i agree shackles all the way...i never got quite 2 inches out of them...they say it really only gets 1.5 and i dont even think its thats now...and its a year after...do shackles and f150 spacers whatnot...the way to go..and on a budget..

i dont think the add a leaf affected my ride too bad especially after i replaced the bushings with polys when i did the procomp AAL with the warrrior shackle lift int he rear..about 3in back ther. and the f150 is the same thing as the coil spacer..but i've seen em thru the ford dealer for 15 bux each..and theres a thread on here about them and ther installation. the poly coil spacer we talked about is the same thing, but may settle just a little bit gettin a bit less lift..plus we were saying those, he might be able to cut down to a custom lift.. which is why i think the spring seat was not mentioned : )..but your right, thats a def. route you could go as well. i said the add a leaf because i thought it MIGHT sag just a lil bit, which would minimize its lift..which i believe was 1.5in..so that the front and rear overtime might be between 1 and 1.5in (poly spacer up front and add a leaf in the rear)

plus that link i have you was a coil spacer lift liek we had talked about, but already 1/2in closer to your goal then the common ones
