From what years F-150 coil spacers will work on 91 X? And how much lift will they give?

how much lift will Warrior Shackles give and how much do they cost and is there a link to a website where I can order them?

I'm not sure of the specific years. I think its early to mid 90's. Just go by those part numbers and yo ucan't go wrong. They're good for about 1 1/3" or so.

Warrior shackles will give you about 1 1/2" - 1 5/8". You can get them through 4wheelparts but you have to call them as they're not on the website.

EDIT: You can see how the spacers evened-out the space between the tires and fender from front to back.

Just put those F150 spacers on this AM

Actually about 1 hr. ago, waiting for my alignment appt. Complete cake on a 97 Ranger, should be the same for 1 Gen Explorers. We live in CA so there was virtually no rust anywhere and the nuts came off easily. Biggest problems were no spring compressor (get a bigger hammer, not a problem) and my dadgum RS9000's are 1-1.5" too short. They were the limiting factor if I took my swaybar links off with the factory 1/8" spacer, so I'm dropping by PepBoys to get those stud extenders. Something to think about.

Regards,
Brian in CA

PS With only an air gun and a floor jack beyond normal hand tools, only took 45 min to do both sides, and that was including 15 min. of fiddling with penetrating oil and cleaning stuff off.

Ha.. the first side takes 1/2hr and the second takes 15mins right? :D

Where in CA are you from?

hey this is bdogg23 on my friends sceen name....
well i stopped by desert rat and they dont have warrior shackles:( then i asked about the front and he said that f150 coil spacers would be a bad idea because it would make the tires go like this \---/ or something and all the alinment would be completely off, he said the best thing would be a body lift, any ideas?

Hey bdogg23 your tires will look like this \---/ I beileve. You just have to go get it aligned. The camber will be off by 1.5 degrees I believe also. The cost is usually anywhere from 100-200 dollars to be aligned. I hope this helps you out.

hey, so if i just get a body lift, will the tires still look like \---/ or like this |---|

BDogg23. A BL simply increases the distance between the body of your X and the frame. There will be no changes to your alignment or suspension. Only issue that may sometime arise is the feel of the steering may change a little because you are changing your steering angle. Most say it is not that noticeable if a body lift is your only mod for height.

Wareagle!
