I recently put a set of 17" Mustang wheels on my explorer. I think they look great, They are the 1994-5 style, WHY NOT THE NEWER 5 SPOKE YOU ASK???? Thats because I got the set for $51. on Ebay, Thats why!! Besides that. They just seem to look like they are in the well more ? Anyone else find the same? Anyone using or planning on using spaces to set them out more?

The mid 90's Mustang wheels have an offset around 30mm. They fit very well, I had 1996 Cobras on my Mountaineer first. I now have 1/4" spacers for my 18" wheels with 35mm offset. Stock Explorer offsets are less than 30mm, more like 20-25mm.

Take a look at my truck. I am running the 95 Cobra wheels painted white on mine. The tire size is 265/70/17. To get the offset that I wanted used 1.25" billet spacers. my truck They worked out perfect.

Your truck looks beautiful. Take this a strong compliment as white is far from my favourite colour and I don't normally like that generation of explorer.

Very clean and tight lookin!

Cheers!
