Hey, I found a 91 explorer sport 2d 4wd, and Im gonna buy it. Its completely stock and I was curious if this f-150 lift kit (here) would work on it and if so could I get 31" or 33" mudders on it. any information or tips would be greatly appreciated thanks!
I would like to have those kits if necessary however it looks as if my 91 4x4 sits up a little better than my two 2WDs. I want 31s or 32s and have decided that I am going to do a 2" BODY LIFT. It doesn't cost much and if it is kept at 2" then there isn't much of a steering shaft modification issue. Also 2" is a good modification to go with a 302/5.0 upgrade.
Also I've read that wheel spacers could help with tire rub like that could happen using these Nankangs http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-New-32X11...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649
