1995 Explorer in Kansas City

The vent flow is stuck on defrost- ac and heat working fine- vacuum lines look ok- where and how do i fix the flow diverter?
sorry i cant figure out this site- i thought it was a repair helper

You are saying your heat and cold work perfectly fine, but only come out of the defroster vents regardless of what setting you are on?

If so, click the link in the 2nd post by Turtle because that address the issue you are having. If you scroll through that post, it will show you where everything is located and if you have questions, just post a question in that thread.
