1995 explorer power steering

I replaced the power steering pressure line and the cooler line to gear box. When I start the truck the steering wheel shakes like crazy as soon as I touch it. Any ideas what could be wrong??? Thanks for any help!

I would make sure that everything is hooked up properly. Here is an illustration of a 97 with 4.0L engine. Your truck should be very similar.
