1995 w/15" rims...change to 16" w/ no mods?

Would I be able to swap my 15" rims for 16" without having to change the speedometer? WIll everyhting still be accurate?
i am talking stock 15" tires and stock 16" tires on these rims.

P255/70R16 are just about equal to P235/75R15. The difference is minor enough to not require changes. At highway speeds (70-75mph) your speedo will be about 1 mile slow.
Hope this helps.

Travis:
Correction. 255/70's are about equal to 235/75's, all else being equal. But you're talking about increasing the rims to 16'. You'll be off (showing slow) about 4% or 3 miles @ 70mph. Your tire diameter will increase from 28.9 in to 30.1 in (4.1%).

By the way, 255/70R16 is what I've got on my 99 Sport. It came that way, so I'm assuming that is the standard 16 inch tire size.
