1997 Mountaineer
Hey guys, My DD is a 1997 Mountaineer. Has around 145K on the clock. The suspension has finally took a dump on me, and it's time for an update. I will be replacing all the bushing and ball joints. The question comes for what to do about shock's. I would like the truck to drive smoother. I don't intend on jacking it up, or anything of the sort. I don't tow, or carry crap around. It's simply a daily. I was wondering if there was anything better out there than OEM that will yield a smoother ride (looking for opinions from people that have used different set ups). Thanks all.

KYB GR2 shocks i use on my explorers. They ride beautifully and take away some body roll and dive as well as being pretty cheap.
