1999 Explorer 5.0 running rough

Sooo… here we go!

1999 Ford Explorer 5.0 Eddie Bauer
313,031 miles. Bought it for $500
Here’s my issue. Runs ROUGH. Gives me P0300
P0307
P0141
P0161

Rear O2 sensors don’t exist anymore so I’m not concerned about the last 2 codes but the other 2 bug me.

Have replaced
Coil packs (old ones were cracked)
Plugs
Wires
Upper intake gasket
Lower intake gaskets
Both upstream O2 sensors
EGR valve
DPFE
EGR solenoid
Single fuel injector (P0307)
Exhaust

Have replaced the majority of vacuum lines and fittings as well.

Have a cheap basic “scan tool” if I mend to post any fuel trims or O2 output or whatever.

Any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I’d double check the wiring and order if you’re still getting a misfire on 7, and multiple cylinder misfire.

How’s the fuel pressure? Anything weird on any of the old plugs?

Do a compression check... especially focusing on cylinder 7 ...and two other possible culprits.
