1999 Explorer Door/Lock issue

So I had my door literally falling off the hinges, this was when it was my moms car so she took it to a shop and they replaced the hinges, well now the outside handle pulls too easy and there is no pressure for the handle and when the car is locked, sometimes my key won't unlock it, neither will the unlock button from the passenger side. Anyone know how to fix this or go about this problem?

The handle has one or both springs broken, so there is no resistance. You can leave it as is or fix it if it bothers you. The door not unlocking is most likely a broken spring within the latch mechanism. Both issues could be fixed for free in under an hour if you have a long spring laying around.
