1999 seat belt help!

I have a 1999 Ford Explorer 4 door, the driver seat belt extractor literally blew up and shot the spring out does all the seat belts in the car match? Could I take the seat belt assembly from one of the back seats and put it in the driver seat? Or are they all different? I don’t wanna get pulled over while im in the process of finding a new one lol thank you sm!

I keep reading that Ford put a lot of the same parts on different models. Would anyone here have that info what other seat belts would be the same?

@Johnwimber1 Check RockAuto.com, they might have the proper part. Check out part numbers, if all four seat belts use the same part number then you should be good to use one of the rear belts in the front without issue. But if they're different, make sure you get the correct one installed ASAP!
