1st gen ford explorer lift kit questions!! asap

Well i wana lift my truck up a bit so i found a lift on ebay for 90 bucks add a leaf in the rear an coil spacers in front do i need to buy new struts? If so what ones r cheap an efficent . Btw while
e iim doing the lift im also replacing ball joints tie rods and the wheel hubs its already gettin expensive hope there aint much more to it any tips or any advice is appreciated

Your Explorer does not have struts!

Your stock shocks are fine with this small of a lift. These type of lifts simply move your suspension down in it's wheel travel path. It compromises the ride quality, and you give up critical down travel.
