2000 explorer headlamp problem

My 2000 explorer sport headlamps -dash lights - tail lights will not turn off. After engine is turned off a few minutes go by and they go off. When I start car in the morning they come back on with light switch in off position. My vehicle does not have automatic lights or day time running lights. Does anyone have any info that might help with my problem?

probably automatic lights. if you have a slide on your rearview mirror you can slide it to the off position
