2001 Sport Trac squeaky rear brakes

My 01 has 181000 miles on it. Been a great truck. Recently I developed a squeak in the rear while breaking. I changed drums, shoes and springs. Brakes work good but it still squeaks.

I noticed that when I rotate the driver side it ratites freely about 2/3 rotation and drags the lst third. The axle rotated freely without the drum on. Don't know if that could be the squeak cause or not.

Any ideas to eliminate this squeak?

Warped brake drum needs to be turned if there is enough material left or replaced.

I put a new drum on. It squeaked before and after the new drum.
