Problrm Fixed

CarMax fixed the problem. They had to send it out to a body shop to have the work done. They fixed the damage and applied some protectant inside the body panel to protect the galvanized steel. Here is the left side pic. The right side is the same.
The moral of this story is this: Anyone who owns a 2002 up Explorer with the moonroof needs to make sure that the drain tubes in the corners are not stopped up. I am going to use my air compressor to blow air into the tubes to clean them out every month.
