2002 Explorer trans fill question

Can this be used to add and set fluid in trans. 4wd 4.6 auto

The threaded part that will screw into the hole in the drain plug needs to be 1/8 pipe thread, the other size should be just whatever you need it to be to put it on a hose or to whatever you are using to fill it with.

So yes that part should screw into the drain plug.
