2002 explorer wont run

I have a 2002 explorer that will try to start but runs rough for a few seconds . I have changed fuel pump and get good fuel pressure reading with key on but goes real speratic when I try to crank and if happens to run for those few seconds.any ide as or help

I had these same symptoms with mine before it would not start at all. Changed fuel pump and still will nott start.

I would try swapping fuel pump relays and see if that helps. After that, perhaps check your fuel pressure regulator.

Have a pressure gauge coming via mail should be here the 13th. My luck the new pump is bad too.

Ok may have found something. I have power at inert. Switch and all the way to fuel pump. But found my connector on truck is an 7 pin and my pump is a eight pin.????? Did they send the wrong pump??
