hi all I am hearing a clicking/metal clanging noise when I make a turn. Noone sees any issues what could it be?

From your brief noise description it sounds like CV joints.

Great, would they just go bad that quick? Just started yesterday nothing before then. Right now unable to afford to get fixed will it damage anything else?

CV axles are not that expensive, about $80 and another $80 to replace. I just had one done in January. Or do it yourself for $80. lol I had mine done during an Inspection so I was stuck with letting them do it but it was reasonably priced.
