My '02 Explorer makes a constant "thump...thump...thump" noise in the ventilation system under the dash when the temp control knob is turned past the blue "cold" setting. It sounds like a vent flap is not engaging. I don't know if it's a vacuum hose issue or what. I appreciate help narrowing down the problem. Thank you.
