I'm just going to edit this whole post, I took the old belt, wrapped it the new path and cut and measured, then subtracted a couple inches for the tensioner
Came up with 84"
I picked up a 840K6 belt and put it on, nice and snug.
Here is the image of how I bypassed the A/C, Red shows the new routing
That top left idler I left smooth and put the grooved face on it ,no problems so far, no slipping or noise. My original plan was to replace it with a grooved idler pulley, but the local autoparts had nothing to match that size.
if anything changes/breaks I'll update!
