2003 Sport (2 door) body lift

Hey guys,

My friend wants to do a 3 inch body lift on his 2003 2 door explorer. I wanted to know if we can use the ranger body lift to make it work? What year ranger body lift kit should we get?

I bought a performance accesories body lift for a 98 and newer ranger and put it on my 2003 explorer. Everything bolts up fine but cannot figure out the rear bumper extension. How do you install the rear bumber brackets to raise the bumper? Do you need to drill holes or make new brackets to make it fit?

Im pretty sure that you have to get new ones made. But I might be wrong

Ya your going to need to make a new one cause the ranger one won't work..

oh well, I will bring a welder and cutting grinder and custom fab one using that useless ranger bracket.

One other thing, the front bumper looks like it will need to be cut little slot in order for the bracket to fit on properly. Is that going to work?
