Hello, I was just looking for some help on getting a new muffler. I was looking to get a louder/deeper sounding muffler, but I am unsure of what will do that for me. Also, I plan on keeping the stock pipes for now if possible. I'm unsure of what size muffler i need and what size the pipes are. Thanks

Thank you. So i was looking at the flowmaster 40 series. I get the inlet off and outlet center i believe? And i was just wondering if i could clamp on a 2.25 our would i have to go a little bit bigger? Sorry for the noob questions

Correct. Inlet is offset and outlet is center. You will also need to extend the pipe
length since you're replacing the humongous water heater sized OEM muffler.

Awesome Thank you. Are there any specific types of piping i can buy online for the x amount of length i need without buying a whole exhaust?

You can get exhuast pipe from most parts stores. I would suggest getting a MagnaFlow muffler, sounds a ton better with our 4.0's and won't rust out within two years since it's stainless unlike the FlowMasters.

I have had both on mine with custom duals a buddy and I bent as well as a Randomn Technology Y-pipe and high flow cat which both of these made the biggest different in sound, mpg's, power and performance. Todd at Zabteck.com sells these.

Thanks I am getting ready to do this too.
