AWD is supposed to always be engaged, then turns including parking is handled by the differentials. Possibly I am misunderstanding what you mean, can you elaborate? What are the symptoms?
Do you instead have 4WD? Do you have a dash selector for which 4WD mode? Are any dash warning lights on?
