2004 Explorer 4.0 P2014 code

I bought a 04 Explorer with bad timing chains, I rebuilt the heads replaced the timing chains guides/cassets and so on. Got it all back together and it runs great expect P2104 only when I turn the ac on. The TPS was a little out of range so I replaced it with no change. I'm lost and need your assistance all the other post have multiple codes with the P2104 but not just the single code. Do I need to replace the TB or is some other signal being interrupted when the ac is activated?

The ac being on would change the dynamics of the idle. So the TB may not be adjusting properly for the extra load on the engine.
