2004 Ford Explorer Cruise Control Fuse?

Is there a fuse and where is it located?

Hmmm, Is it safe to assume that there is no fuse for the cruise control?
 






This must be one heck of a top-secret issue, or a Taboo! :>)
 






2004 Explorer Cruise Control

There is no fuse per se for the speed control. It is controlled by the PCM thru the electronic throttle body. Will it not engage? The most common concern for that would be the deactivation switch [brake pressure 2B264 ]on the master cylinder, unplug this switch and see if it works now. If so replace the switch.

whats next if that switch is fine?
 






Mine was with the steering wheel controls. Replaced all on the right side, no more problems.
