93 Ford Explorer cruise control is inoperative.

hi, i have a 93 ford explorer. the cruise control is not working, checked vacuum at servo and linkage, checked power at switch, had friend look in alldata for info, says to locate speed control amplifier under rh instrument panel. i can't seem to locate it. i've also checked brake lights and there ok. thanks for any help.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread to the stock 91-94 section. Do you have any problems with your speedometer or transmission going into overdrive? In addition to the cruise control not working, does your horn work? Do you have any check engine lights?
