2005 Explorer A/C relay.

I have an intermittent a/c that seems due to the Four Seasons a/c relay switch located on the back of the compressor. Does anyone know how to remove and reinstall the switch. It is available in stock so I am going to order it but would like to know a bit more about the installation.
