2005 Ford Explorer A/C only blows on high.

My 2005 Ford Explorer only blows AC on high. Is is the blower resistor and if so where is this located at.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the A/C & heater section. Manual climate control uses a resistor, and automatic climate control uses an EATC module. The resistor is always near the blower motor.

I have the same issue only with the blower motor set to high there is a reduced or restriced amount of air that comes out of the vents. You can hear the blower motor is at full speed. The air is cold when it comes out. What is the problem?
