2006 Explorer questions? help...

I've got questions piling up and was hoping someone can help clear them up for me. Don't know if I should be asking then individually, just figured I rather not clutter the forum with my junk. So here goes.....

On my 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer

Does the spare have a TPMS sensor?

Where do I find the door keypad code? (The 2000 Explorer had it in the trunk)

Are there pre-wired connectors somewhere under the seat for heated seats?

If I get the OEM navigation unit, do I need OEM nav antenna or aftermarket or should I just get an aftermarket double din unit and call it a day? If aftermarket, which one?


Don't want to pile up too many things, I think I'll post axle or other related things separately in case someone searches for them.

Just found the code, and it works!!!

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction on the TPMS since I'm eager to flush the holiday cash and make this sensor message go away already.

No TPMS on the spare tire. As far as a navigation unit, I would go aftermarket since the aftermarket units are much more advanced than what originally came with the vehicle. Check the audio/navigation section... lots of info posted over there.
