2007 Explorer Transmission replaced - help

I had a bad tranny (slamming into gear) and so on in my 2007 Explorer XLT v6 w/4x4

I had my friend replaced it with a factory new Ford tranny. It is now shifting perfect but in park or when I come to a stop it has a rough shake to it. It feels like a motor idle shake however. I never experienced that before the swap. I remember reading in the past that it needs to be reprogrammed if changing the tranny (or I think I read that).

Disconnect the battery for a minute or so and that will force the vehicle to relearn everything and see what happens. If it gets better then great if it doesn't change then no harm done.
