2008 explorer/ no heat

Hi this is Mitch, My 2008 Explorer blows only cold air, Ac works great in either the heat or AC setting. The heat setting blows only cold air. Anyone who knows the cause of this would be a great help in the diagnostics
of the problem? Thanks!

Have you checked the coolant level? Low coolant level will cause no heat.

Look for a problem at the blend door!

Had similar problem. ALso had the ac not blowing cold air. After 3 trips to different Ford Dealerships and them not fixing or finding the Problem..friend said to have them check the head gasket. Eventually found out this was the problem. Head gasket was allowing air into the system which caused the problem. Once it was replaced, everything worked fine, so try that.
