2008 Trans Fluid Replacement

I am going to replace the fluid and filter in my 2008 2WD explorer. What I would like to know is how to drain the torque converter, and the trans cooler and associated lines. Also, need to know the torque specs for the pan.

To be honest you're probably better off going to a stealership for this to be done.
From what I've heard there really is not a good way or a way at all to drain the TC.
