2011 explorer transmission

I was reading a post about 2011 explorer transmission slam at around 35 miles per hr. I did not see a response to it. Can any one help. Dealer has no clue.

I drove a 2011 Limited for over 153,000 miles. Never once did it "slam at about 35 mph".

I had the transmission fluid changed about every 50-60,000 miles.

There is a tab for this issue. Happens about 40mph when you let off the gas to coast to a light or going down hill then go to accelerate again.. slams into gear. TSB RE flashes with an updated file to fix. Search the TSB thread on here, it fixed mine and several others on here.

Mine would do it once ot twice a year .coasting to stop .I am at 87k and I will let u know id the transmission blows up.i do have extended coverage till 2018 125k
