2012 explorer interior lights

I brought my explorer in to have AC EVAP REPLACED it cost a fortune. When I picked the car up I began to discover one by one several things were now Inop after the AC was repaired. My navigation card no longer works , the USB ports are no longer working. The most aggravating problem is the interior lighting. I have zero interior lights the map lights nor courtesy lights work. I checked the #4 and # 12 fuses both good. I can't seem to find the wiring schematic in alldata that explains how the circuit is designed to function. I swapped the switch module from another explorer this did nothing. So how does the power get to the lights ?

Welcome to the Forum.
How long ago did you have the work done? One thing you can try is to disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes before reconnecting it and see if that might solve the issue. I don't know why all those mentioned features suddenly stopped working but whatever it is, it must be a common problem.
