Hi,
I need to remove the PTU to change the seals and to do a cleanup. I just saw a youtube clip where one person was able to remove the PTU without removing the cat converter. It was not easy, but seemed doable. Was that a one off where he could remove the PTU without removing the cat, or is it a common practice in the mechanics world? In case I leave the cat in place, is the top bolt of the PTU accessible?
