I really appreciate the response, gives me a little more information when dealing with my dealer. I'm not sure there is a screenshot anywhere of the order, but I have a copy of it in hand. BTW, when does the dealer know about the new incentives available? As in the current Explorer incentives expire at the end of September. When would the dealer be aware of the new incentive(s)?
