Hello, my wife’s 2016 Ford Explorer Limited this morning when she got in the cooling seat on the driver side was on, the cooling seat button would not turn off the cooling seat. She had to hit the heated seat button to turn it off now when she hits the heated seat button, it turns on the cooling and won’t turn on the heat it any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
