2016 PIU Replacement Fob Issue

Can some one help me or give me suggestions
Have a 2016 PIU went to ford dealer they programed FOB confirmed they were accepted and all but the still don't work
Ended up leaving with FOB programed but don't work
Please help thanks

What exactly doesn't work? Everything? If that is the case then the dealership must not have done it correctly. Does the vehicle 'notice' the Fob when you have it with you?

Nothing work dealer said it took the Fob even stored it but nothing works

The question was, does the vehicle recognize the fob when you are near it? When you get in and attempt to start the vehicle does it show a warning message? Perhaps the Fob is bad or it hasn't been properly programmed to the vehicle's security system.

I don't think the vehicle will give you any message for a fob with the PIU. Try changing the battery in the keyfob, if that doesn't work then it wasn't programmed properly.
