Kdouget let us know if you can't see our posts, all has been good since the wiring harness and the rear console HVAC was replaced. Again better explaination if prior posts.

Yess I can see them now. My rear HVAC is good , my brother in law works at Ford I’ll get him to look into it. Most likely will be the harness because I can’t find a blown fuse and everything else works as designed.

lol glad you can see the posts Yah my rear console HVAC worked as well but didn't light up. Keep us posted sir!

Yes, as others have stated it was the harness in the console that was bad. No issues since the dealer replaced it.
