I have a 2019 Explorer 3.5 turbo awd Police Utility this morning it was dead. The dome light barely lights up, the guages light up, but no info center, the radio will say Ford when you turn it on, but then that turns off. No HVAC power, Wont turn over power locks and windows dont work. So I thought it was a dead battery, go to jump it and the same thing. So I tested the battery, and it has approximately 12.9 volts. Checked battery connections, all good. I noticed the #4 fuse ignition coil fuse was blown. replaced but the moment I dropped it in the next blew too. Also the solenoid next to it ( #14 Powertrain control module relay) is on and warm to the touch (that may be normal, I dont know).
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
