2nd gen flexing?

post your pictures of your 2nd gen flex, i flex my 00awd5.0 and only got the front tire 10" off the ground before the back tire came up, i would like to double that number, how would i go bout doin this?

youve gotta understand that the front ends of these trucks does not flex very well. Most of the flex comes out of the rear. Look at Sections picture, the front end is basically parallel to the incline where the back end is flexed way out. In order to increase that number you will need to either long travel the front ($$$$$$$), sas ($$$), or increase rear travel which can be done for not as much. Still, either way you go you will need to spend a good amount of money to double that number. But good luck!

Here's my best before doing the solid axle. About 9" travel up front and 14" in the rear

This is no swaybars, modified shocks up front, 2"TT, 3" BL, 35's

Disconnecting the swaybar is the biggest thing on the front, you'll go from about 2" travel to 6+" instantly. Note that it will handle quite differently though.

Here are some pics of my 95 Sport. Front and rear sway bars are off, stock length front shocks, 3" longer in the rear, 4 Door leaf packs. She does ok for IFS but we all knew that already.

Here another, downhill so locker wasn't needed. Had the rear sway bar connected.
