2nd Row Power Fold Down?

Hi all. I am looking at a 2011 Explorer and am considering the 2nd row bench configuration. But I was wondering, does anyone know if there is a power fold down for these seats, or is it all a manual fold?

I believe they are just manual.. it's just a lever you pull up, it's all fully spring loaded though, so it requires no actual force from you.

the limited i test drove had a button you pressed and the 2nd row flipped up - there is also a manual lever.

Bench is manual. Bucket seats have a power release button on the pillar that flips the seat.

That's great info. Two people at the dealership swear that the bench has the power option, but they can't find anything through their ordering info that gives a difinative answer. I knew a forum like this would set me straight. If you want answers...find a great forum.

Push button on 2nd row seats now ?

While looking at a limited (see my other thread) I noticed that the 2nd row now has a push button to get to 3rd row. My questions are:

1) Is this available on bench and captains configurations or just one ?
2) Is this available on the Sport or just the limited ?

The 2nd row power was an option from the beginning (2011). I no longer see it as an option so I'm assuming it is now standard with the 2nd row bucket seats.

No it is not available with the bench.

The 2nd row power assist seats only come with PowerFold 3rd row option. I didn't know this until I took delivery of the 14 Sport. I thought I was only loosing PowerFold 3rd row but in fact you loose power folding to both rows.

So the Sport model only gets manual 2nd and 3rd row for 2013/14.

I have power fold 3rd. Can I add power fold to my 2nd row. That is my biggest complaint about my 2011 limited is the middle manual fold.

I spoke with a Ford rep and they said that the power assist feature comes STANDARD with 2nd Row Bucket seats. Can any owners confirm this?

If you ae referring to the 2nd row Power Fold feature, I do believe it is standard with the bucket seats. I have buckets in my MKT and they have that feature. The only entry under Optional Equipment concerning this on the Window Sticker is 2nd Row Bucket Seats. No mention of the power fold being an option.
