So I picked up a free maf from the recycling plant last night it's out of an essex 3.8L windstar. The electrical connectors fit but the ID number aren't the same. I started it up an ran around a bit with the new one(fried my old one) and it seems to run fine, if not a little smoother than my old one. My question is will my engine run lean from using this and it isn't going to cause big engine problems or anything?
