you will have to trim A LOT!! I just put on 33's with 3" body lift and 2" susp. lift.. i had to trim about an inch from the back of the front fenders... move the wheel back back and trim a little underneath in the same spot. I do have 15x10 wheels though. I would not go with 33's with only a 4" lift.
